Steve Pfiester and his beautiful wife Bonnie, own and operate The Longevity Fitness Club and Spa in Vero Beach, Florida. A womens only club, Longevity is Vero's premiere Fitness Club and Spa.
Not only does steve oversee the day to day operations at the club but he teaches 3 high energy classes a day - many of which include elastic resistance. Since it's a ladies only club he can't train on the resistance equipment at his own facility.
"I go to the local World Gym to do my training. I work a minimum 10 hour day, 5 days a week managing the club as well as promotions and doing our 5 minute TV spot 3 times week. Even with my crazy schedule I still try to get over there every day and train. I have to be in shape all the time."
