In December of 2009, Bodylastics International Inc. became the first exercise equipment company in history to stream it's own live, interactive workout shows.
 These shows are streamed live at Bodylastics' sister site, liveexercise.com. Although the workout shows are steamed live, they are also archived. So, if you are unable to watch the show "live" you can workout with us whenever it is convenient for you. We launched these shows to absolutely guarantee that our customers were able to get the best results possible. We currently film and record three shows; Chiseled (muscle building), Bodylastics Toning (body toning) and Tx2 (teenage transformations).
Our shows are live and interactive. Not only will you be able to chat live with your instructor, but the show is live so you never know what will happen next. Moreover, Since the show is live, it closely mimics real life. Your instructors will be going through daily challenges, right there with you, and together you will literally help each other succeed in your workouts and beyond.
