Resistance Bands vs. Bodylastics

Ten years ago Bodylastics set out to create resistance bands that would outperform everything else on the market. After countless designs and prototypes the Bodylastics resistance band system was launched. To date we have sold over 200,000 units.

What separates Bodylastics from the competition? What makes it so effective? There are a couple of features that really make Bodylastics resistance bands a complete workout machine rather than a one dimensional fitness tool.

The first feature is the clip system. When Bodylastics International first looked at resistance bands they realized that they were limited - they only created one level of tension. This is a big disadvantage. It means that every muscle group will be working against the same level of resistance.

Why is that bad? Well, each muscle group is a different size and a different strength. If you only have one level of tension some of your muscles may not be getting enough resistance and others may be getting too much.

The Bodylastics clip system enables users to create multiple levels of resistance so that each muscle group gets the right amount of tension to create the best results.

The second feature of the Bodylastics resistance bands system that really sets it apart is the door anchor. This little component that Bodylastics Int'l reinvented will give you the freedom to safely and securely connect our adjustable system to almost any door.

When you combine that with the handles and ankle straps you will be able to recreate the most effective and popular health club exercises almost anywhere.

Below is a Bodylastics commercial which aired in 2000. It gives a great
