13 years ago we discovered a major flaw with
resistance elastic tubing - it only provided 1 level
of tension. So, we went to the drawing board and
came up with the solution! We invented the
Bodylastics quick clip system

Bodylastics adjustable and ultra smooth elastic resistance is the real advantage which sets it apart from all other home gyms and elastic resistance products. Each of the 4 foot elastic tubes has a clip attached at each end. This simple yet unique feature will enable you to quickly add or subtract resistance to effectively challenge every muscle group. Bodylastics elastic tubes can be used individually or combined.

The elastic tubes: Each tube is 4 feet long and is a different thickness to create varying amounts of tension. As an industry first we actually print the weight equivalent of resistance right on the clip. Now you will know exactly how must resistance you are using - guess work...gone!

Since each tube is a different level of tension you can combine them to create 15 to 95 levels of resistance (depending on model). Here are all of the combinations and weight equivalents.
